Caksusi
One of the Apsaras whose name means "clairvoyant"

Candi
Another name for the goddess Durga (in her moon form). The moon was considered a god one month (Chandra), a goddess (Candi) the next.


Chala
(Chapala) A Hindu goddess of fortune.



Challalamma
Goddess of buttermilk



Chamunda
A Hindu goddess: a form of Durgha. The name Chamunda is apparently derived from the names of the two demons Chanda and Munda, whom she is said to have killed.



Chanda
A Hindu demoness: a form of Durgha and one of the nine navadurgas. Chanda was killed by Chamunda.



Chandanayika
A Hindu goddess. A form of Durgha and one of the nine navadurgas.



Chandarupa
A Hindu goddess. A form of Durgha and one of the nine navadurgas.



Chandavati
A Hindu goddess. A form of Durgha and one of the nine navadurgas.



Chandika
The Hindu goddess of desire.



Chauturopayini
A Hindu fertility and healing goddess.She is depicted as a vital looking young woman with four arms, helding a vessel and making a gesture of giving.

Chandogra
A Hindu goddess. A form of Durgha and one of the nine navadurgas.

Chaya
("shadow")(Chhaya, Khaya) A Hindu goddess; a reflection of the goddess Sanjna. She was the consort of Surya and the mother of Sani. Her body was etheric in nature.

Chinnamastaka
Hindu goddess of terrifying aspect. She is portrayed holding her head in one hand. She is a form of the goddess Durgha, and one of the ten mahavidyas.

Chitra
A Hindu goddess of misfortune. She was the daughter of Daksha and the consort of Chandra.

Cunda
(Kunda) An Indian Buddhist goddess who is gentle to the good and harsh with the wicked. She is depicted with four or sixteen arms, and 'nothing is absent from her arsenal'.
