MacDONALD, Miss Dorothy

Sporting, Hound, Terrier, Toys, Poodles

Has been in dogs all her life. Grew up in England her grandparents and parents had several terrier breeds. In the US, she imported her mother’s first Yorkshire Terrier in 1955. For the next 25 years she bred and showed Yorkies. Got her first Brittany in 1956 and has had Brittanys ever since, competing them to titles in field, show and obedience. She has been an Officer and Board Member for both the American Brittany Club and the California Brittany Club. She was on both the Standards and the AKC Video committees. She is now a lifetime honorary member and still writes the Brittany breed column for the Gazette. Been President and Show Chairman for both the Malibu Kennel Club and the Del Monte Kennel Club. Been on the Board of “Take the Lead” and is past President of the Dog Judge’s Association of America. Started judging Field Trials in the early 1070s and has judged all the Pointing breeds in competition including many of their National Trials. She started judging shows a few years later and at this time is licensed to judge all Sporting, Hound, Terrier and Toy breeds. She has judged all over the world including the Melbourne Royal and Best in Show at Westminster. She has been the recipient of Woman of the Year Award and also AKC’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

MacDONALD, Mr. F. M. (Butch)

All Breeds

Has spent 30 years in purebred dogs, first breeding & owning German Shepherds & American Cockers. A Whippet was added and after his marriage to Cec Ringstrom, Dobermans & Toy Poodles were added. Last 5 years has seen him & his wife owning, exhibiting top Papillons. He was an all breeds professional handler for 20 years and has now been judging for 12 years.  He has judged in Brazil, Hong Kong, Chile & the USA. Born in Canada in 1945 he is an Aviation Consultant and started judging in 1992. He was on the Board of Directors - Canada Kennel Club and for 4 years on the Discipline Committee for CKC.

MAGSAYSAY, Mr. Mario P.

All Breeds

Past President of Philippine Canine Club Inc, (PCCI) for three consecutive terms and a former AKU Vice President. PCCI is the sole registering body of pure breed dog in the Philippines. PCCI is also an affiliate of FCI, an Asian Kennel Union (AKU). Also the founding President of the German Shepherd Dog Federation of the Philippines (GSDF). Began judging in 1981 as a German Shepherd Specialty Judge and in 1985 passed his three examinations in Germany to qualify him as Ausland Zucrichter. In 1988, he passed another three examinations to qualify him as SV-Zuchrichter. First judged outside the Philippines in 1985 and since then has judged more than 30 times in foreign countries. He has officiated in India, Thailand, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Mainland China in Hong Se, Canton and has judged many times in Japan, Indonesia and Thailand. In July 2, 2000, he judged and Best In Show in Halden, Norway. He judged the Pug Specialty at the Pug Dog Club of Greater New York in USA, Feb. 11, 2001. He judged Brisbane Royal on August 12-19, 2001 in Queensland, Australia. Bred German Shepherd dogs since 1978, and has also bred Dobermans, Boxers, and Rottweilers. At present he is breeding Miniature Pinschers in which he has already bred 28 Champions. Besides an SV-Zuchrichter, he is also an All Breed Judge. At present, he is the Chairman of the PCCI Judge’s Development and Licensing Committee and also Vice-Chairman of Show Committee.

MAHONEY, Mr. Donald James

Toys, Terrier, Gundogs, Hounds

Began judging in Queensland in 1978 and now holds his license for Gundogs, Hounds, Terriers & Toys at championship level. During his judging career he has judged in all mainland States of Australia & New Zealand which include many Specialist shows.  Began his involvement with Irish Setters some 32 years ago and has bred 10 Australian champions. He has successfully shown Standard Smooth Dachshunds from 1976 to 1982. Introduced Saluki’s to his kennel in 1978 with his first litter producing five champions. In 1989 he became involved with Papillons and bred four champions before teaming up with Sharon MacFarlane of the Mondelise Kennels in 1995. Together they have bred 18 champions with as many as 50 champions in four countries plus two Labrador champions.  Has been very successful as a dog club administrator holding down positions of President & Secretary for some of the major clubs in Australia. 

MAISEY, Wendy

Toys, Working, plus some Terrier & Non-Sporting Breeds

She has bred Dobermans and Miniature Pinschers under kennel name "Dawnaquinn" for over 25 years. Has bred a two time National Specialty winner and top all time (BIS) winning Doberman in Canadian history. Her Min Pins feature prominently in many pedigrees in North America. Her career is as business manager at a brokerage/investment banking firm, but she still shows occasionally and is looking forward to entering into the Cavalier ring with the latest family addition. 

MALENFANT, Ms Diane

Hounds, Toys (provisional Sporting)

Ms Malenfant has bred, owned and shown various breeds since 1963; primarily Hounds and Toys. Under the Beaujangle kennel prefix she has finished over 75 Basset Hounds. She has bred/and or owner handled 2 multiple Best in Show Basset Hounds. Her Basset Hound, Ch. Blue Billy Bojangles, ROM was the Top Producing Basset Hound in the history of the breed and held that distinction for over 15 years. For the past 10 years she has bred, owned and shown Shih Tzus under the Suling kennel prefix. 
Diane has served on various committees and held offices in the Sahuaro State Kennel Club, Kachina Kennel Club, Prescott Arizona Kennel Club, The Basset Hound Club of America and the Valle del Sol Basset Hound Club. For several years she served as Chairman of the Judges Education Committee of the Basset Hound Club of America and currently serves on the Judges Education Committee for the American Shih Tzu Club. 
She has judged in Canada, South America, China and Finland and Australia (2005). Ms Malenfant is currently approved to judge all Hounds, all Toys, Misc., Junior Showmanship, Best In Show, and is currently a Provisional judge for several Sporting breeds.

MALLARD, Mr. Stuart

Working. Pastoral, Utility & Toy Groups

Stuart has had a lifelong interest in all animals and became seriously involved in the dog world in the mid ‘60s.  His initial involvement was with Old English Sheepdogs in which breed he made up a number of well known champions. He has also bred & exhibited Schnauzers, Bichon Frise, Beagles, Tibetan Terriers and Bouvier des Flandres making up Champions in four of these breeds. His ‘Lameda’ & latterly ‘Tuckles’ affixes are known worldwide.
Stuart lived in the Netherlands for ten years where he continued to breed & show his dogs throughout Europe with great success. It was during this period that he wrote his book 'In Perspective, The Old English Sheepdog', an immediate sell-out & now a collectors item. As a trained artist, in more recent years he has devoted his time to his art and this combination of experience is really apparent in his work. Although an acknowledged canine artist he also loves to paint wildlife and recent trips to Africa have given him great opportunities to see the wildlife first hand. His works are to be found in homes & collections around the globe and many of his paintings have also been reproduced as limited edition prints bringing his work within the reach of most pockets.
He currently awards CCs in around twenty breeds covering Working, Pastoral, Utility & Toy groups and is approved to judge the Working & Pastoral Groups plus Best in Show. He has judged extensively throughout Europe, Scandinavia, East & South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and the Caribbean. Stuart has the great honour of judging the Pastoral Group at Crufts in 2007 and the Working Group in 2008.

MARSHAK, Mr. Avi

FCI All Breeds

Avi fell in love with the Dobermann in 1970. In 1973 he joined the Israel Dobermann Club and became later on chairman. He also established the Israel Rottweiler Club and adopted the "German System".  In 1976 he became a Dobermann specialist dog judge, and later on an FCI International All Breeds Dog Judge. 
Since 1973 he has contributed many articles which were published all over the world in the major Canine magazines and the internet and were translated to several languages. He speaks English, French, German & Hebrew fluently.
He served in the Israel Kennel Club in the following positions: Chairman of the breeding committee, several terms the editor of IKC official magazine, member of the IKC shows committee. His first international dog show was in 1978 in South Africa since then he has judged Russian Kynological Federatio many times, International European Championship shows and World Championship shows and in the following countries: Finland, Denmark, Holland, Russia, Spain, Portugal, San Marino, Australia, New Zealand, Cuba, Thailand, Yugoslavia, Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Austria, Estonia, Ukraine, Canada, Brazil, USA, England, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Slovakia, Czech Republic, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Belgium and Italy.

MARTINEZ, Mr. Miguel Angel  

All Breeds

A breeder of the following breeds, in which he also obtained championships: Magyar Vizsla, Pointers, Irish Setters, and Dobermans. 
All-breed judge of Federacion Cinologica Argentina and FCI. The American Kennel Club and The Canadian Kennel Club allow him to judge all breeds and BIS in the U.S. and Canada. He is also a Field Trial Judge of Magyar Vizsla, Epagneul Breton and German Shorthaired Pointers. 
A professor of different canine subjects and member of the selection board of those who apply to be judges of the Federacion Cinologica Argentina. In addition he is a professor at the Airedale Terrier Club Argentino, the Club Argentino del Epagneul Breton and lecturer about canine topics in almost all Latin American countries.  President of Federacion Cinologica Argentina in 1987-1991 and is their current President. He is the current President of the America and Caribbean Section of the FCI (since 1995), President of the Magyar Vizsla Friends Association, President of the South American Technical Commission and President of the Council of Judges of FCA. He is a member of the Bureau of FCI and FCA and a member of the Commission on Canines of the Sociedad Rural Argentina. 
An Honorable President of the Third Congress of South American Veterinarians, Honorable Member of the Second Congress of South American Veterinarians, Honorable Member of the Federacion Canofila Mexicana, Honorable Associate of the Kennel Club Santa Fe (Argentina) and Honorable Associate of the Rosario Can Club (Argentina). He is the Itinerant Representative of the Club del Dogo Argentino, responsible for spreading information on the breed abroad. 
Has judged Labour exhibitions granting CACIT in Argentina and in foreign countries and has judged in exhibitions with CACIB in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, Peru, Mexico, Bolivia, Austria, Japan, Canada, South Africa, Russia, Italy, Costa Rica, the U.S. and Australia. He judged at the World Dog Show in 1993 (Argentina) and at the World Dog Show in Vienna and Budapest in 1996. He has judged dogs on all continents. 

MARTORELLA, Ms. Marjotie 

Sporting, Hound & Working Groups

Marjorie Martorella is a retired New York City junior high-school Spanish teacher. She has been actively involved in the sport of dogs since 1966 when she purchased an Irish Setter. She soon after became involved in obedience training and in 1967 entered her first show at the Kenilworth Kennel Club of Connecticut. Her principal breed was Pointers until 1992 when she also started breeding English Cockers. She has produced over 125 Pointer champions and 10 English Cocker Spaniel champions. She capped her run as the nation’s top Pointer breeder in 1986, when Ch. Marjetta’s National Acclaim went Best in Show at Westminster.
In 1981, Ms. Martorella was approved to judge Pointers, German Shorthaired Pointers, German Wirehaired Pointers, and Vizslas. She now judges all sporting and hound breeds, the Working Group, Bichons Frises, Dalmatians, and French Bulldogs.  Her judging assignments have taken her all over the U.S. as well as many foreign countries including Canada, Ireland, England, Spain, Finland, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Australia.  In 2005 she made her debut as an AKC/Eukanuba National Championship judge. Career highlights include judging Pointers at the AKC Centennial Show, Best in Show at Louisville and the Atlanta Kennel Club, as well as numerous national breed shows. She serves as president and show chairman of the New Brunswick Kennel Club and is member of the English Cocker Spaniel Club of America. She is founding member and past president of the Pointer Club of Central New Jersey, and has served as president of the American Pointer Club.

MATYÁS, Mr. Jaroslav

Since 1987, he has judged in almost all countries in Europe. He judges all groups except Group 7. He breeds Boxers and Schnauzers, but he also favours the Dachshund, the Dobermann and the German Shepherd. He is the president of the Slovensky Cuvac Club, and main organizer of the International Show in Nitra.

MAUDLEN, Mr. G. 

All Breeds 

Has been involved with breeding and showing pedigree dogs since 1971, with Irish Setters, American Cockers, Pointers and Smooth Coated Fox Terriers. He and his wife have been successful in breeding, owning and exhibiting many breeds to their Australian titles. Currently they are exhibiting American Cockers and a Boston terrier. Their American Cockers have been awarded B.I.S. at both Specialty and all Breeds Shows. 
Is a Past President and Life Member of the Gundog Club of South Australia and Past Chairman and currently on the executive of the Retrieving and Field Trials Advisory Committee of The South Australian Canine Association. 
Commenced judging career in 1986 and has judged in most states of Australia, as well as New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, Indonesia and the U.S.A. Has judged American Cocker Specialty Shows both in Australia and in the Philippines. 
To further his knowledge on breeds he attends as many Specialty Shows both in Australia and when he travel overseas. As well as a conformation All Breeds Judge, he is also licensed to judge Championship Pointer and Setter Field Trials. One of his main beliefs about the world of dog showing is that people are of the utmost value and importance and he has learned to incorporate this belief into his role as a Judge. 

MAYS, Dr. Asa  

Sporting, Hound, Working

Involvement with the sport of dogs began in 1968 after he completed degrees in Veterinary Science and Immunology. Since then he has bred and exhibited Beagles, Dachshunds, German Wirehaired Pointers and Gordon Setters. He received approval to judge from the AKC in 1976 for Salukis and is now approved to judge all Sporting, Hound and Working Breeds. He has been privileged to judge the English Springer Spaniel Speciality in Ohio and the Eastern English Springer Spaniel Club in Rhode Island and last January he judged at the American Spaniel Club Speciality judging many of the other Spaniels. 

McARDLE, Mrs Margaret 

All Breeds

Margaret and her husband bred and showed Boxers in Scotland before moving to Singapore and Penang for 10 years (dogless). After their arrival in Australia they became involved with Chow Chows, Shih Tzus, Golden Retrievers and currently Pembroke Welsh Corgis.
She gained her All Breeds licence in 1987 and has judged in all states of Australia, the Philippines and Singapore, and New Zealand. Margaret currently holds the position of President of The Ladies Kennel Club of WA, Secretary of the Metropolitan Kennel Club of WA and a Convenor of Group 7 for the Show Judges Training Committee. She enjoys judging, club work, stewarding and showing.

McHUGH, Betty  

All Breeds & Obedience

Been in showing and breeding since 1953, started judging in 1974 and has been an all-breeds judge since 1987. 
Has bred Samoyeds, Siberian Huskies, Dachshunds (MS & ML), Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers and Shetland Sheepdogs and has owned and exhibited Samoyeds, Siberian Huskies, Dachshunds (MS & ML), Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Shetland Sheepdogs and Wire-Haired Pointing Griffons.  She has judged in Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.

McKENZIE, Maree M.

All Breeds

A third generation dog fancier - breeder of Basset Hounds since 1967 and also bred and exhibited Clumber Spaniels and Whippets with a total of 95 Champions bred or owned, many of them Best In Show winners at both Breed Specialty shows and All Breed Championship Shows. Licensed to judge All Breeds in 1991 has judged extensively throughout the world including such countries as Singapore, USA, UK, Rep. Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, New Zealand and all States of Australia, judging All Breeds and Basset Hound Club specialty shows.
Life Member of the Basset Hound Club of New Zealand, Life Member of Franklin Kennel Club, involved in the training of aspiring judges, especially Hounds, also an accredited examiner of trainee judges within the Judges Training Programme.. Still actively breeding and exhibiting, has recently added a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen to the family.

McMURRAY, Mr. R. George

Been judging 19+ years, breeding 30+ years. Has judged in Canada, England, South Africa, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina, United States. Bred German Shepherd Dogs, Doberman Pinschers, Miniature Pinschers. Has exhibited breeds from all seven groups. Doberman in top ten. Miniature Pinschers in top five.

MEEN, Dr. Richard  MD, DPsych, CRCP

Hounds, Toys, Terriers, Non-Sporting

Richard became actively involved with purebred dogs in 1965 with the purchase of his first Afghan Hound. He then went on to exhibit and breed Borzoi, Skye Terriers, Harriers, Italian Greyhounds, French Bulldogs, Old English Sheepdogs, Scottish Deerhounds and Doberman Pinschers under the prefix "Kishniga" (Kishniga was in established partnership with Dr. John Reeve-Newson in 1971. In partnership, they have bred Group and Best In Show winning Dobermans, Old English Sheepdogs, Skye Terriers, French Bulldogs, Borzoi and Harriers. They have also owned and exhibited Group and BIS winning Lakeland Terriers, Norwich Terriers, Standard Poodles, Scottish Deerhounds, American Foxhounds and Whippets). Richard has owner-handled his dogs to many Best In Shows in Canada and the United States. He steered Ch Kishniga's Desert Song, a Borzoi, to the prestigious #1 spot All Breeds in Canada in 1977. He is past President and Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Kennel Club. He is President of the Ontario Sighthound Association, and a member of the Credit Valley Kennel and Obedience Club, the Santa Barbara Kennel Club, as well as the prestigious Morris and Essex Kennel Club. He has judged in Australia, France, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA (including Westminster Kennel Club) and Canada. He is also a founding member of Borzoi Canada and Skye Canada.

MERCHANT, Mrs. Marie H.

All Breeds

Marie is an International All Breeds Judge licensed by the Australian National Kennel Council for all groups and Best in Show. She has judged in England, Scandinavia, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, New Zealand and coast to coast at home
She is breeder of the world famous Clanach English Springer Spaniels with in excess of sixty champions in Australia, the United Kingdom, and several of the continent countries including top sire and top Springer show dog and a Gold Medal Winner at the World Show 2003. In addition, she has owned and or titled several other breeds including Afghan Hounds, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers and West Highland White Terriers.
Marie is Chairperson of the ANKC National Judges Training Scheme, a National Breeds Standards Committee member, and a member of the Overseas Judges Approval Board. In South Australia, Marie is Chairperson of the State Judges Training Scheme.

MERRIAM, Mr. David C.

Terrier Group

Is a past Chairman of the Board of the American Kennel Club and currently serves as AKC Vice Chairman.
Although as a boy he obedience-trained a Collie under Bill Koehler, Mr. Merriam says, “My first and only real show breed is the Bull Terrier.” He won a California specialty show in 1953 with his first Bull Terrier and has since won a few Bests in Show, several national specialties, and for two or three years he had the top-winning Bull Terrier in the country.
Several dog clubs have benefited from Mr. Merriam’s wisdom: He has served as president of the Golden State Bull Terrier Club and the Bull Terrier Club of America, and as president and show chairman for the Riverside Kennel Club.
Mr. Merriam became a judge of Bull Terriers in 1967 and is currently approved to judge all terriers. He was twice the Best in Show judge at the Montgomery County show and has judged the Terrier Group at Westminster. Other career highlights include judging Bull Terriers at the Regent Trophy and Crufts shows in England, and being named Gaines Man of the Year for 1996.
During his legal career, Mr. Merriam worked in private practice, served as a deputy district attorney, and spent twenty years as a trial-court judge. Now retired from the law, dog-related activities take up most of Mr. Merriam’s days, but he still finds time for reading, gardening, travel, writing, and “a little sculpting.”

MILLER, Mr. Bart

Sporting, Working, Herding, Non-Sporting

Began with his own Boston Terrier at age of 12 in 1956. Has bred and owner/handled Great Pyrenees, Standard and Miniature Poodles and Siberian Huskies. Has also owned and/or shown breeds in all seven groups to their Championships. With his wife Patti has bred/owned/handled to over 50 Best in Shows with Siberians. He bred the famous Spanish Champion sire of 9 Best in Show European Ch's including the only Siberian to win Best in Show at the World Show. A third generation breeding, Am. Can. Ch. Blueridge Soma's Tickled Pink was #1 bitch in America in 1998. Began judging early 90's and presently approved to judge all Sporting, Working and Herding breeds and groups. Licensed by the AKC for 5 years and approved for Great Pyrenees, Siberians, Saint Bernard's and all three varieties of Poodles.

MILLS, Mrs. Ainslie L.

Sporting, Hound, and Herding Groups (plus some Toys)

Ainslie and her husband, Barrie, have owned and loved Golden Retrievers since 1974 and a Black Labrador since 1993. She has actively shown in conformation and obedience in the USA and Canada over the years, with occasional ventures into Tracking and Working Certificate training. Despite a limited breeding program, they have bred and/or owned 52 Canadian champions, 7 American champions, 8 Canadian Obedience Trial Champions, 8 GRCC Hall of Fame Outstanding Producers and 4 GRCC Obedience Hall of Fame dogs, Group Winners, Best Puppy in Show Winners, High in Trial winners, Guide Dogs for the Blind, certified Search and Rescue Dogs, Avalanche Rescue Dogs, obedience, tracking and field title holders. 
She has been active with both local and national Golden Retriever Clubs, is a Past-President and life member of the Golden Retriever Club of Canada and they are life members of the Canadian Kennel Club. Ainslie presently chairs the Golden Retriever Club of Canada Breed Standard and Judge’s Education Committee and the Golden Retriever Club of America’s Judges’ Education Committee. She has previously been active over the years as both a volunteer and Board member of Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. 
She has judged conformation since 1992 and is currently approved by the Canadian Kennel Club to judge the Sporting, Hound, and Herding Groups as well as a portion of the Toy Group. Ainslie has thoroughly enjoyed judging from coast to coast across Canada and the USA, both all-breed and specialty shows, including the Golden Retriever Club of Canada National Specialty (twice) and bitches at the Golden Retriever Club of American National Specialty in 2004. Also in 2004, she was honoured to judge a record entry at the Australian Golden Retriever National Specialty as well as a Golden specialty in Wellington, NZ.
Ainslie has worked for thirty years in the Library at her alma mater, Simon Fraser University and enjoys music and collecting anything “Golden”.

MILOSEVIC, Mr. Bratislav

FCI Groups 5 & 10         (Breeds List)

Bratislav was born in Leskovac, in the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro on February 11th 1972. He is an engineer of chemical technology, working in a cosmetics company in his home town. 
His first contact with cynology was through his local Kennel club, first as an active member and later as the secretary of the club. As he was discovering the world of cynology, more and more he found himself wanting to be more involved. Following this wish, he became a National Dog Show Judge in 1998 and an FCI Judge in 2001. His area of expertise is Group 5 (FCI Judge for all breeds) and also Group 10 (FCI Judge for all breeds). Until now, he has judged both in his country and abroad at more than ten CAC and Speciality Shows (one of them being the Balkan Championship Show for Northern Dogs in Sofia, in 2001). He has also judged three CACIB Shows in his country (two of them are the biggest ones).
Above everything else, Bratislav is a breeder and an adorer of dogs. Being with dogs he gets the gift of their unlimited love, but also a great chance to meet different people, exchange experiences with them and ultimately making new friendships. 
Breeds and exhibits Afghan Hounds, Cairn Terriers & more recently, Whippets. 

MINCEY, Dr. Everett K. 

All Breeds

Dr. Mincey began his judging career in 1984 with the Terrier Group. He is an all-breed judge licensed by the Canadian Kennel Club. He has judged in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, United States, Switzerland, Argentina, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Brazil, Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Peoples Republic of China and Hong Kong. He was one of the first western judge to judge dog shows in the former Soviet Union and judged shows there from 1990-1999. 
He and family acquired their first purebred dog in 1970, an Airedale Terrier. During the course of a 30-year program, they showed to championships more than 50 Cymbeline (Reg) Airedales, many of whom have gone BIS. The culmination of their breeding program came in 1981 when Am/Can. Ch. Cymbeline Special Angel became top Terrier in Canada. He and family have also owned and shown Standard Poodles, Wire and Long-Hair Miniature Dachshunds, Lakeland Terriers and Wire Fox Terriers. He has been involved in Judges’ education training programs in Langley, BC and has given many lectures and symposia on canine structure, judging methods and presentation in the show ring of many breeds. 

MINCEY, Mrs. Marilynn  

All Breeds

Born and educated in New York Marilynn immigrated to Canada with her husband and children in 1971 with one Airedale Terrier. They began showing and breeding Airedales under the Cymbeline prefix in 1972. Because of her background in Education judging was a natural continuation of Marilynn's interest in dogs.
She was licensed in 1984 by the Canadian Kennel Club to judge Terriers. Continuing the education process over the years has brought her to the culmination this year (2004) with the awarding by the CKC of her All Breed License. Over the years she and her husband have bred more than 50 Champion Airedale Terriers, many that have won group and Best In Show awards. Also some have received their Championship in the USA and Bermuda. Their greatest honour was in 1981 when their own homebred bitch Am. Can. Bermuda Champion Cymbeline Special Angel became Top Terrier in Canada. They have dogs of our breeding doing impressive winning in Russia and Hong Kong. They have owned and shown Fox Terriers Wire, Standard Poodles, Miniature Dachshunds wire and long coated, and Lakeland Terriers. 
Marilynn has judged in the USA, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Russia , Ukraine, South Africa and in most of the Canadian provinces.  She has an extensive background in grooming terriers for the show ring and is willing to give seminars on grooming and care of wirehaired dogs. She has also given handling seminars and judging seminars. I have experience judging junior handling and am willing to judge juniors in other countries.

MINNS, Mrs June E

June always had a dog of some sort but her first "real" dog was a Shih Tzu which she showed on occasions. Then in the mid sixties came a long succession of Labradors. At one time there were six Labradors & three Sussex Spaniels and she's showed them on a very regular basis for the last 30 years. 
She started to judge in the mid eighties when entries at shows were immense (about 100 Labradors at most of the good Open Shows) and she was able to get a lot of experience in many of the Gundog breeds. She is approved by the Kennel Club to award Challenge Certificates in Labradors, Cocker, Sussex & Field Spaniels and also Hungarian Vizslas. 
June has judged in Belgium, Holland, Sweden, the Channel Islands and South Africa (twice). On the club scene she's been a member of the Committee of a Labrador breed club and a general Open Show committees for over 20 years. 

MITCHAM-GERINGER, Mrs. Gloria

Sporting, Hound, plus some Toys and Non-Sporting Breeds

A Chartered Accountant by profession. Her interest in dogs began in the mid-sixties with a parti-coloured American Cocker Spaniel. She excelled in breeding and exhibiting producing many champions and taking top honours. She was likewise successful in breeding and exhibiting Pointers. Was a professional handler of excellence. Her prefix still appears in the pedigrees of some of the top Yankies. She has curtailed breeding due to her judging. Was also successful with Mini Long Haired Dachshunds and has two retired ones at present.
She was President of the local Kennel Club and still serves as a member, is well known and respected for her seminars on Cockers and other breeds in the group. She has judged at most of the prestigious Gundog shows in the States and many in other countries including Switzerland, England, Columbia, Spain, Australia, China, Russia and more.

MITHRA, Mr. Siba Kumar   

All Breeds  

He started his career in Dog Game with G.S.D. and later acquired Miniature Smooth and Long Haired Dachshund. His Kennel Heman owned and bred a number of Champions, including Best in show. Heman Kennel, jointly owned with his daughter Sudeshna, has also bred and owned Poodles, both miniature and toy. They have been on board a number of times and have also been champions on several occasion. At present Heman houses Std. Dachshunds, Poodles, Dobermann and have made champions of them. He was also Vice President of Dachshund Club of India. He is the Founder Vice President of G.S.D. Club of India (Calcutta Chapter) and Vice President of Calcutta Canine Club. 
In the course of his judging (all breeds), he has the rare distinction of judging all over India and abroad with success. In recent seasons, his assignments have taken him to diverse corners of the Indian Subcontinent. He specialises in GSD's, Dobermann's, Boxers, Great Danes, Cockers, Salukis, Whippets, Afghans, Dachshunds, Toys and Utility Breeds. He is at present a Committee Member of the Kennel Club of India.

MOLINARI, Ms. Carla

All Breeds

Breeder of German Shepherds since 1963, Afghans & Salukis (1967), Miniature Dachshunds (1978), Whippets & Pointers (1983) and Portuguese Water Dogs (1983) and has produced over 10 Ch. in these breeds. Has been President of the Clube Portuguese de Canicultura since 1985, member of the FCI General committee since 1987. Member of FCI Executive committee & Treasurer of FCI since 1995. 
All round judge since 1983, recognized by AKC, UK, CKC, and RAKC of Australia. Has judged in all countries of Europe, North America, Russia, Australia, Zimbabwe, Japan, Taiwan, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Israel, Morocco, Uruguay, Peru, Panama, South Africa, Colombia, Salvador, Chile and Costa Rica  Has judged at several World Shows and at Crufts. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

MORISON, Mrs.  Gael M.

Gael has been involved with Afghan Hounds, Rough Collies and Shetland Sheepdogs, recently acquiring a young Sheltie. Gael has been an All Breeds judge since 1994 and has travelled extensively with judging appointment taking her to India, Finland, Canada and Australia.

MORROW, Mrs. Valma

All Breeds

Val first became involved with her chosen breed, the Rough Collie, in the 1960’s. For more than 30 years she successfully bred and exhibited Collies under the Valworrom prefix. Her dogs produced many champions including Best in Show winners at both specialty and all breeds shows.
Although she has not bred or exhibited for many years, Val has maintained her interest in the beautiful breed and is still owned by one older dog.
In 1986 she was ANKC approved to judge Group 4 (Hounds), Groups 5 (Working), 3 (Gundogs), 1 (Toys) and 7 (Non Sporting) followed, and, in 2002 she was approved to judge Groups 2 (Terriers) and 6 (Utility). Attaining these final 2 groups gave her All Breeds status. Her judging appointments have taken her to every state of Australia, and she has also judged in New Zealand, the USA & Canada.

MOTTERSHAW, Mrs. Pamela 

Afghan Hounds & Saluki's

Pamela has been involved with Hounds and Horses as a teenager, whilst living in Yorkshire and after moving to South Africa and subsequently to Jersey she began showing Salukis and Afghan Hounds. Pamela and her husband, Stuart , jointly maintain the Elangeni Affix, breeding a litter , one of which , Elangeni Dancing Shadow took the Reserve Bitch CC at Crufts. Pamela has judged extensively in UK and Ireland ,and once in both New Zealand,  and Australia and has judged the Hound Group at Championship Shows in South Africa several times. Pamela awards CCs in Afghan Hounds and Salukis .
Pamela is Secretary of The Kennel Club of Jersey and as such is actively involved in the administration of that Club and organization of all its Shows, Events, and Ringcraft classes. Pamela is also a Member of The Kennel Club in London.  A teacher by profession, her other interests are horse-riding , gardening , photography and bird watching.

MULCAHY, Mrs. Carol 

Gundogs, Working Dogs & Utility

Carol has been actively involved with dogs all her life, German Shepherds, Greyhounds, Rough Collies. Her father was a GerWALMSLEY, Mr. Adriaman Shepherd Specialist having much to do with the early development of the German Shepherd ( then known as the Alsatian ) in England after world war two. She has been involved in the ownership and racing of Greyhounds. Her passion for the Collie Rough came after she married and settled in Australia in the early 70's.
Carol's Breed Specialty is the Rough Collie, involvement over 25 years. Having successfully bred to date twenty breed champions and two obedience champions under the Kazjs prefix.  She is licensed to judge the Working (Herding) & Utility (Working) Gundogs (Sporting) Groups approximately 80 breeds. She is also a fully licensed Child Handler Judge.
It has been her honour and privilege to judge the Collie Rough & Smooth, and the Shetland Sheepdog in Australia and New Zealand at Specialty level. Other breeds that she has judged at Specialty Level in Australia are the Australia Kelpie, Bearded Collie, Belgian Shepherds all varieties, and the Old English Sheepdogs. She has served on the Judges Training Scheme Group Coordinators Committee 2001-2002 as Group Coordinator of the Working Group for the Royal NSW Canine Council. Carol is currently Patron of the Belgian Shepherd Club of NSW.

MURGATROYD, Yvonne

Terriers (+ Utility Group Open Shows)

Been showing, breeding and training Airedales since 1963, has also owned & bred Miniature Schnauzers, Welsh Terriers, Wire & Smooth Fox Terriers and German Shepherd Dogs.
Yvonne started judging in 1965 and is on the judges panel for all Terriers at Championship Level, and Utility Group at Open Show level. She has been Secretary of All Breeds Clubs and Terrier Clubs, and she co-founded the Transvaal Terrier Club in 1979.
