Lowell Davis has been involved in the sport of Pure Bred Dogs for over fifty years, Starting with Smooth Standard Dachshunds. Starting in 1963, he and his wife, Arlene, got into showing and breeding Great Danes, and that is what they are best known for. Although their breeding program was somewhat limited, they bred many many USA Champions including 3 All-Breed best in Show winners and Specialty Winners too numerous to mention. Although they have not bred any Danes since the late 1980s The "Davis" bloodlines are behind most of the current top winning Fawn and Brindle Danes in the USA and Japan. |

An Australian, Robert has worked in the Asia and the Pacific region for over 28 years. He is currently a senior executive with the Asian Development Bank, a multilateral finance institution, of which Australia is a member. In dogs he has concentrated on Pugs, Boston Terriers, Miniature Dachshund, Basenji, and Bulldogs, breeding and campaigning many to their Philippine Grand Champions and Champions. He has also made-up AKC Champions in pugs. He is active in the show ring and has won a number of Best in Shows with his dogs. His kennel prefix is "Kawana". Mr. Dawson is a former Director on the Board of the Philippine Canine Club, the parent canine body in the Philippines. For many years he was the Chair of the Affiliated Clubs Committee and the Judges' Committee, and was actively involved in the creation of breed and group clubs. He was a founding member of the Pug Club of the Philippines and the Boston Terrier Club of the Philippines, and is now the Advisor to both clubs. He is President of the Hound Group Club of the Philippines. Mr Dawson judges all-breeds under the Philippine Canine Club Inc., list of breeds. He has judged in all-breed and specialty shows in Australia, Finland, New Zealand, India, Japan, Thailand, Switzerland, Latvia, Indonesia, Russia, Germany (Bundessieger Dortmouth), England, Singapore, Ireland, Malaysia, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa and the United States, as well as in all of the major centers in the Philippines. He has critiqued in most FCI countries. He has judged Best in Show in most of these countries. Some of the specialties judged include Pugs (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, USA, Philippines); Boston Terrier (Australia and Philippines) Australian Shepherd (Finland and Philippines); Chow Chow (USA and Canada); Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Canada), Doberman Pinscher (New Zealand and Philippines) and French Bulldog (Japan). He has been active in judges' training schemes and has given seminars in a number of breeds. |

Was born in Savannah, Georgia, where he began his lifelong association with Cocker Spaniels. In his time as a breeder, he finished some fifteen Cocker champions. He worked in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Savannah office until 1955, when he became a professional handler. In his handling career he guided many Cockers (among other breeds) to championships, including Benhoff’s Ch. Artru Hot Rod, with whom he won Best in Show at the American Spaniel Club shows in 1958 and 1959. Long one of the busiest judges on the circuit, he has officiated at the Westminster show several times: breed assignments; the 1996 Sporting Group; and Best in Show in 2002, when he selected the miniature Poodle Ch. Surrey Spice Girl. He has been an active member of the Savannah Kennel Club, the Cocker Spaniel Club of Savannah, the Charleston Kennel Club, and the Virginia Kennel Club, and is a life member of the American Spaniel Club. Mr. Dean has organized and taught at seminars, and has been a panellist at more than thirty AKC hands-on testing events in several breeds. |

Began exhibiting dogs in 1970. “We purchased a family Great Dane for the children,” he says, “and he turned out to be a successful dog in the ring.” Pursuing a limited breeding program, Dr. DiNardo produced a record-setting Doberman Pinscher that was number-one dog in the breed from 1982 to 1985. He has also bred winners of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America’s Top 20 and the breed’s national specialty show. Dr. DiNardo became an AKC judge in 1980 and is approved for all hound, working, non-sporting breeds, many sporting breeds, and various toy and herding breeds. He includes among his judging highlights the DPCA nationals, the Rottweiler Club of America’s Top 20, and judging Best of Best in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. DiNardo is the founder and past president of the Connecticut River Working Group Association, the first AKC working-dog member club. A past president of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America, he is now the club’s AKC delegate and is proud to have “contributed to many changes at the DPCA.” He is also a member of the Rottweiler Club of America and the First Company Governor’s Footguard. He is the husband of Shelia DiNardo, an AKC judge of working and sporting breeds. |

Pam has owned and shown Pembroke Corgis since 1968. During that time she has bred and shown Best In Show winners, in
both Specialist and All Breeds rings. She still has one Pembroke causing havoc with coats on the Beardies!
Her involvement in Bearded Collies started in 1983 with her first import, and from there they have evolved into a major passion. She has bred and shown many multiple Best In Show winners in both spheres, Specialist and All Breeds.
In her years with dogs, she has bred and/or shown to their titles in excess of forty Champions, in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. In 2003 they added Australian
Terriers to their kennels, and she's found them to be a joy to live with. |

He first became involved in the world of showing dogs in 1977 with an English Cocker Spaniel. In 1979 he moved in to the Hound Group with the first of what was to become many Afghan Hounds. In 1983 the English Springer Spaniel “Ch Wongan Southn Silk” arrived returning his involvement with the Gundog group. Silks breeder also bred American Cocker Spaniels and he regularly handled them at shows. In 1984 he obtained his first exhibition Greyhound and soon followed by importing the first of two from Dagmar Kenis’ Solstrand Kennels in England. In the early 90’s American Cockers were added to his breeds. |

In 1971 while she and husband were in Europe they brought back an Afghan Hound puppy which she decided to show. It was at the dog shows she discovered the Saluki and it was love at first sight. Had her first litter of Salukis in 1978 and has subsequently bred Best in Show and Specialty Best in Show Salukis under the "Gazella" prefix. Showed his first dog, a Cairn Terrier, in 1939 under the legendary judge Alva Rosenberg. After serving in the Army during World War II, he began his long association with Chow Chows. Co-owned Ch. Eastward Liontamer of Elster, a top-winning Chow who went on to sire 32 champions. With partner Desmond Murphy, Dr. Draper has since co-owned and exhibited several multiple Best in Show–winners under the Liontamer banner. They have written extensively and given seminars on the fine points of Chows. Dr. Draper is the co-author of two comprehensive books on the breed: The Book of the Chow Chow and The World of the Chow Chow. He was approved to judge Chows in 1971 and currently judges the Non-Sporting, Toy, and Terrier groups, and several sporting breeds. The long-time AKC delegate from the Chow Chow Club and judge of the club’s 1986 national specialty, Dr. Draper has also served the Westchester, Tuxedo, Saw Mill, and Westbury kennel clubs in several meaningful roles. |

Doreen and her husband, Ron, obtained their first Basenji in 1969 and have been very involved in the dog world since then. They have bred many Champions including the first Basenji to win a big award at the Royal Melbourne Show when Ch Makuba Am Mbindi went Best Opposite Sex out of over 1000 Hounds. They have also had a Hound Group 4 - at the 2002 Royal Melbourne Show. They owned the first Basenji to win an All Breeds Best in Show in Victoria, and later a bitch of ours also won an All Breeds Best in Show.
Doreen has been honoured with Life Membership of the Hound Club of Victoria and also the Basenji Club of Victoria. |
