Breeds owned/bred: Wire Fox Terrier, purchased his first dog in 1965, bred his first litter in 1968. Fluent in Swedish, English, German, French. Has judged in following countries: the Nordic countries and Australia, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain and South-Africa. Year of first qualification: 1985 Qualified to judge: all breeds. Mr. Tast has been awarded the Vuolasvirta Breeder's Plaque of the Finnish Kennel Club. He has been active in the club work and working as a member of the Finnish Kennel Club board and having been a.o.t. the President of the Fox Terrier Club. He has been decorated by the Black Russian Terrier Club and the Hungarian Shepherd Club. Equestrian sports is his other hobby, he is also an international Dressage Judge and Gait Judge for riding horses and a member of national Stallion Committee.

Owned his first Peke in 1943, exhibited first dog in 1944, bred first litter in 1945. Fifty years later he is at top of his breed & won pedigree award as top Canadian Breeder of Ch. for two years in succession, in 1992 & 1993. 
Started judging in Canada in 1954. In 1967 made his home in England for 7 years and continued exhibiting & judging. In partnership with Nigel Aubrey-Jones had leading kennel in U.K., owning in one year the top winning Peke and the top winning kennel. He is licensed for some 30 breeds in U.K.  Returning to Canada in 70's he became all breed judge and has judged at many important shows here and worldwide. Has awarded BIS four times at British all breed Ch. Shows - Windsor, Richmond, Scottish K.C., and South Wales K. Assoc. has also awarded BIS at Melbourne Royal & Milan Int. Ch. show in Italy.  The St. Aubrey-Elsdon kennel has created & broken more records than any other Peke kennel. They imported & later sold top winning Peke of all time "Am/Can Ch. Chik E'Sun of Caversham", BIS at Westminster in 1960. He was the top winning dog with 128 BIS's. In all Mr. Taylor has bred close to 150 Ch. Pekes.  With his judging of the Toy Group at Westminster it will probably mark the first time that one person has judged both the Toy Groups at Crufts & Westminster.  Other breeds he has been involved with are all varieties of Poodles, Brussels Griffons, Shih Tzus, Yorkshire Terriers, Pomeranians, Smooth Fox Terriers & Welsh Corgis. In partnership with Mr. Aubrey-Jones they imported and showed two BIS winning Terriers at Montgomery County.

John began showing dogs in 1954, mainly English Cocker Spaniels, also English Setters bred under the "Sidella" prefix. He obtained his Gundog licence in 1963, became an All Breeds judge in 1975 and has judged many times in New Zealand, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong/Macau, South Africa and Japan. John was on the KCC/VCA Management Committee from 1974 until 1997. He is a life member of the Victorian Canine Association.

Robert has judged extensively in all states in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. He is currently on the panel of Breed Standards Coordinators of The Australian National Kennel Council.

Began his career in dogs in 1958 as a handler, graduating to zone representative of the Professional Handlers Association for a number of years. 
He retired from handling in the late 1970s and began judging soon thereafter. Mr. Trotter now judges all breed groups except terriers. At the 1997 Westminster show, the dog he selected as the Working Group winner went on to Best in Show.
Mr. Trotter, well known for his knowledge of canine movement and anatomical structure, credits his background in German Shepherd Dogs to the development of his theories of proper conformation. Mr. Trotter has been a member of the Nashville Kennel Club for almost 40 years. He is club president and sits on its board of directors. 
Since his marriage to Patricia Craige in 1994, Mr. Trotter’s household has expanded to include his wife’s celebrated Vin-Melca Norwegian Elkhounds. The Trotters enjoy a variety of sporting and social activities in addition to their involvement in the dog world.

Has been a true “dog person” since her childhood in Virginia. Her Vin-Melca Norwegian Elkhounds are internationally famous as both show dogs and producers. They include the top sire and dam in the breed’s history and an incredible ten group firsts at Westminster. Her famous Ch. Vin-Melca’s Vagabond is enshrined in the AKC Museum of the Dog Hall of Fame. In 1953, Mrs. Trotter won the Gaines Research Center’s Girl Show Dog Fancier of the Year award. She has since won fourteen Kennel Review Breeder of the Year and Owner-Handler of the Year awards, is a member of the Quaker Oats (now Nature’s Recipe) Hall of Fame, and has won two Fido Awards—as Dog Woman of the Year (1991) and as Dog Writer of the Year (1998). Became an AKC judge in 1994, and has since judged several national specialty shows, the 1999 Westminster show, and the 2000 Morris & Essex revival. She is the author of the influential book Born to Win, and her breeding column for the AKC Gazette won a 1997 Maxwell Medallion from the Dog Writers Association of America. Is past president and show chairman of the Del Monte Kennel Club and has been a member of the Norwegian Elkhound Association of America for more than forty years.
