Has produced over 125 Ch. and 8 different BIS winners & 3 National specialty winners. 
Now retired from professional handling of 15 years. During that time he and his wife finished over 500 Ch. in 80 different breeds and over 150 all breed BIS on 16 different breeds. They piloted a Lakeland Terrier to #1 all breeds, a Peke to #2 all breeds and numerous dogs to various Group 1's.

By profession, Council was a Certified Public Accountant. He is now retired. Dog breeds, which he owned and showed, were Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds & Salukis, there, being at least 57 champions which he either owned or bred. He also has bred thoroughbred horses including two stakes winners and several stakes-placed horses.
He began judging in 1970 and at that time discontinued breeding and showing dogs. In the USA, he is licensed to judge all Sporting, Hound, Working and Herding breeds, as well as Best in Show. In addition to judging at numerous shows in the US & Canada, he has judged many times in the four Scandinavian countries, in Italy, Bermuda, Jamaica, Mexico and in six countries in South America.
In the USA, his assignments have included the national specialties for Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Beagles, Bouviers, Bullmastiffs, Siberian Huskies (twice), Old English Sheepdog and Rottweiler. He has also judged many regional specialties including Afghan Hounds, Basset Hounds, Coonhounds, Boxers, Brittanys, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Cocker Spaniels, Collies, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, German Shorthair, Golden Retriever, Gordon Setter, Irish Setter, Irish Wolfhound, Old English, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Saint Bernard, Samoyed, Shelties, Weimaraners, and of course many Great Dane specialties.

Dee was born into a doggy family and grew up with Scottish and Sealyham Terriers. She is an All Breeds judge. Dee has been involved, very successfully, in breeding and exhibiting Welsh Corgis (Pembroke) since 1964. She was also successful when she bred and exhibited Irish and English Setters for sixteen years. At present concentrates on Border Terriers with which she has achieved great success over the past eighteen years as well as Corgis. Her kennel recently made up their ninety-ninth champion. Has judged extensively in Australia and New Zealand.

A Licensed Judge for over 25 years. Her judging assignments have taken her to every State of Australia and many times internationally to both islands of New Zealand, Malaysia, Sweden and the UK. She has had the honour to have judged three Specialty Golden Retriever shows in Australasia (Sydney, Wellington (NZ) and Christchurch (NZ)) as well as judging Golden Retrievers in the UK and awarding CC's to Goldens in Sweden, as well as Labradors, Springers, Field and Sussex Spaniels. Over 36 years and from a limited number of litters has bred 47 Australian Champions. There have been 6 New Zealand Champions and Sandra and her husband Michael are very proud to have bred the FIRST ever Australian and New Zealand Golden Retriever - Ch & NZ Ch BUFFALO WOODCHESTER CD,  and the breed's FIRST, Grand Champion bitch - GRAND CHAMPION BUFFALO LUVMELOTS to be followed by GRAND CHAMPION BUFFALO BEL AYRE PRINCE. He has contributed and participated in nearly every aspect of the sport of dogs. He began breeding and exhibiting purebred dogs with his father in 1950. Since then he has owned, exhibited and bred many winning Shih Tzu. He is currently a co-breeder of Toy Poodles and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with Gary Wittmeier under the prefixes of Trebor-Ahs (Poodles) and Classic (Cavaliers).
Mr. Patton was the breeder and owner of Ch. Dragonwyck The Great Gatsby, who was the top-winning Shih Tzu of all time in the U.S. for 25 years. His Toy Poodle, Ch. MVP of Ahs, is also the top-winning Toy Poodle of all time and won the Toy Group at Westminster in 1995. Mr. Patton was an all-breed handler. He has been judging for 28 years and has judged in almost every US state. In addition to judging assignments at Westminster and many national specialties, he has also judged in Japan, Sweden, China and Ireland.

Dusan was born in 1978 in Valjevo, a city not far from Belgrade. His life has always been filled with love for all the animals, especially dogs. He has bred and campaigned plenty of International, National and European Chihuahua champions.
Dusan became a judge in 1997. At the moment he is an international judge for FCI Groups 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10, and all breeds in every group. He has judged at all major international and national shows in his country and all around Europe. This is his hobby and he thoroughly enjoys it.

His interest in dogs began as a teenager and he was still at school when he purchased his  first Afghan Hound in 1971. He gained experience grooming and exhibiting for others and enjoyed major wins at Specialty shows before taking his second Afghan Hound through to Best in Specialty, the first of a number of Specialty Best in Show winners he was to own.
He gained his judging license for Hounds in the 1970's followed by Working dogs. He has judged throughout New Zealand and Australia, and in Scandinavia. His breed focus has been on the Afghan Hound, working with old Australian breeding and imports. he imported NZ Ch Alphaville’s Super Swede from Sweden in 1991 and has two of his progeny today. In the 1980s he took his Ch Bletchley Hall Fire Fox to a Queensland Specialty and won Intermediate in Show and Reserve Dog. Later he sent his brother Bletchley Hall Wild-Fire (both returned home as Australian and New Zealand champions).
He bred Minorca poultry prior to the Afghan Hounds and today in addition to his two Afghan Hounds, breed and exhibit Birman cats and both Border and Norwich canaries. He has served in almost every capacity on committees of specialist and all breeds dog and cat clubs and has served as an Executive Councillor of the New Zealand Cat Fancy. In the meantime he has managed a career as an Economic Statistician for New Zealand’s national statistics office and has recently moved into strategic policy and planning.

Dr. Payro is president of the Mexican Kennel Club. Born in Mexico City he grew up in a family of sports minded dog fanciers. He became a Medical Veterinarian Doctor at the National University of Mexico, where he has been a teacher since 1974. His success in breeding and showing Afghan Hounds, Great Danes and Dobermans led him to create the first All-Breed Veterinarians Club in Mexico, affiliated to the Mexican Kennel Club (Federacion Canofila Mexicana) F.C.M. 
Approved to judge all breeds in 1975 by the Mexican Kennel Club (FCM). Since then, he has judged FCI shows all over the world, including Europe, Central and South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In 1975 AKC approved Dr. Payro to judge All Breeds, Groups and Best in Show with no restriction on number of shows in a year, all over the U.S. Approved by CKC to judge All Breeds in Canada. 
An active member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Kennel Club, belongs to the FCI Standard Committee and has also been a part of the Scientific Committee in the FCI.  Has judged major shows in Italy, the World Dog Shows in Argentina, Vienna, Budapest and in his own country, Mexico.  He has received several awards in the world arena as a judge and as a veterinarian. The Mexican Medical Veterinarian Association named Dr. Payro "The Veterinarian of the Year" in 1995, and again in 2000.

Fred Peddie has been involved in purebred dogs for over 40 years. Having started his dog career with Chows, the most famous being Ch. Mi-Tu's Han Su Shang, a Westminster Group winner, and Canada's top dog for 1975, he more recently has been involved with French Bulldogs having numerous World Champions. As an entrepreneur and former head of the Canadian Fashion Industry, the love of dogs has been paramount to this judge. He has judged dog shows since 1976 in Australia, Austria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Columbia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Holland, Germany, South Africa, Venezuela, France, Finland, the United States and Canada. An aficionado of French Bulldogs which he currently breeds and shows, and formerly owning top winning Chows in three countries simultaneously, his free time is taken up with charity fund raising, gourmet cooking, and interior design.

Has been breeding Westies since 1976 and Norfolk Terriers in 1988 (prefix is "Peppermint", and co-breeder is husband Dr. Wilfried Peper. They have bred or owned about 40 Ch.' and Winners (more than 30 of them home-bred) including 11 World and/or Jr. World CH.'s (7 of these home-breds) She was first approved as judge in 1983 and since Oct. of 1999 is licensed for all recognized FCI breeds. She has judged at International and National Shows in such countries as Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Israel, Slovenia, France and USA (including the World Winner Shows in Switzerland in 1994 and Austria 1996 at the Prestigious first Champions of Champions Contest of the FCI in Basel in 1997, several other FCI European Winner Shows and Bundessieger Shows of the German Kennel Club) She is Chairperson of the Standard Committee of the German Kennel Club and has officially translated about 50 breed standards from English to German. She  started judging whilst living in Singapore and after six years of experience finally gained her All Breeds License in 1977. Since that time she has judged in most countries in the world and is normally engaged for around 20 shows including Internationals throughout a year.
Her own breed is the Dobermann but she also has Pekingese and have bred over the past 40 years – Shih Tzu, Basset Hounds, Poodles and West Highland White Terriers. Jackie recently retired to live on the lovely Island of Phuket in Thailand.

Grew up with horses and dogs as her constant companions and she developed a great love for both. Owning and caring for her own horse and dogs she also learned about structure, movement, etc. Today she realizes how valuable these early lessons were. 
Her "Quantico" Kennel was permanently registered in 1963 when she began breeding and showing Chihuahuas under the Quantico prefix. 
She enjoyed a great deal of success with her dogs. Her most well-known was Am/Can/Mex. Ch. Quantico's Little Crusader, rightly named, since it is felt he is the only Canadian dog to achieve the distinction of becoming the top winning Chihuahua in the USA for three consecutive years, wining most major Chihuahua Specialties and numerous BIS awards prior to being retired.  Became an all-breed judge in the early '70's and has officiated at shows all over the world, including many in the U.S. She was honored to judge at the Canadian Centennial Show as well as many breed specialties in Canada, USA, Australia and Belgium.  Has served continuously as Vice President of the Canadian National Chihuahua Club since its inception, and is also a Life Member of the Canadian Kennel Club.

Walter and his wife Monika started to breed and show Boxers under the “Mephisto” prefix in 1969. They produced well over 100 champions in that breed, who in turn have been awarded Best in Show wins over 150 times among them. They produced the No. 1 Boxer in Canada as well as No. 1 All Breed dog in Japan. He and his wife also have owned/bred/exhibited Smooth Fox Terriers, Shiba Inus, Whippets and Akitas.
